CIVIL STATUS

The Civil Status Department of the City of Fumay can only provide civil status certificates if they have been drawn up in Fumay.

• In application of the texts in force, the birth and marriage certificates concerning the ascendants and descendants of the applicant can be obtained.

• Only public administrations and notaries can have access to the civil status documents of a third party.

• Death certificates can be communicated to any applicant.

• All the information requested is addressed solely to the Civil Status Department of the Town Hall of Fumay. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art. 34 of the “Informatique et Libertés” law).
